On 22 March 2021, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the National Bank of Cambodia issued a joint statement on the outcome of the meeting on real estate issues in Cambodia which aims to address the real estate sector challenges in the context of COVID-19 and provide other favorable measures for consumers of real estate in boreys and condominiums.
